Registration for Battle in the Big Country is handled through Smoothcomp. Create your account, select your divisions, and complete payment to secure your spot on the mats. Registration requires both your online payment and a brand new toy donation to Toys for Tots on the day of the event.

Registration Fees:
First Division: $45 + One New Unwrapped Toy
Additional Divisions: $10 with coupon code TOYS
IBJJF Standard Weight Divisions
All competitors will weigh in wearing their gi at 7:30 AM on event day. Know your weight class before registering. If you're between weight classes, register for the heavier division. No same-day weight class changes are permitted. Weigh-ins are conducted once—make weight or forfeit your division.
Rooster: 122.5 lbs max
Light-Feather: 122.6 - 136 lbs
Feather: 136.1 - 149 lbs
Light: 149.1 - 162.5 lbs
Middle: 162.6 - 175.5 lbs
Middle Heavy: 175.6 - 188.5 lbs
Heavy: 188.6 - 202 lbs
Super Heavy: 202.1 - 215 lbs
Ultra-Heavy: 215.1 lbs+
Prepare for Competition
Battle in the Big Country follows official IBJJF competition rules and regulations. All competitors must bring a gi that meets IBJJF specifications, one new unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots, and valid photo ID.
